Fallout 4 Far Harbor Settlements

I had grand plans after I wrapped up the main story of Fallout 4 back in November. I was going to work on my settlements, building them up into.

Hi all, I seem to have a little problem dont know what causing it. I had 3 of the Far Harbor settlements but didnt have enough scrap to make all them really good.

So I sent settler's from 2 different settlement to the Longfellow's Cabin. None of the settler's that I had move with workshop command showed up, thinking it might be travel time for them on foot, been waiting 4 ingames days. Still they are no show's, Longfellow's work shop doesnt have them on the Pop count either and nethier does there old settlement's. Did I just lose all my settlers?

I even tryed tracing any and all route's they might have taken to see if they died. But no luck there. Any info would be great.
